This page is to keep members of the USA art community whose orders have been impacted by the air disaster in Kentucky in the loop.
We are unbelievably sorry that your order has taken so long to get to you.
It is not what we want for you and we understand that many of you are disappointed, upset and angry.
We are doing everything we can to make this right.

UPDATES
1st May 2026 - Went live with new platform. Built to manage the new upgrades and fix the gliches. Improvements are ongoing.23rd April 2026 - Sending more replacement materials that were affected. Packages have been leaving the new location.
15th April 2026 - Launched update page and emailed those affected
14th April 2026 - New Permanent Location live
March 2026 - New USA orders dispatching within 7 days
February 2025 - Established a temporary warehouse for USA based artists
November 2025 - UPS Depot Crash: A devastating plane crash occurred at the UPS depot in Kentucky. Our new unit was located on Grade Lane opposite and was caught in the centre of the debris field. Our hearts have gone out to all those impacted by this tragic event.
September 2025 - New US Unit Established to navigate customs issues.
