Refunds & Returns

We want you to be happy with what you’ve ordered. If something’s wrong, we’ll do our best to put it right.

Other than acts of God, meteor strikes, or bouts of temporary insanity from sitting presidents, we’ll endeavour to help with return and refund requests wherever we reasonably can.

Your Right to Cancel

If you bought online, you usually have the legal right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it.

You then have a further 14 days to return the goods once you’ve told us you’d like to cancel.

Items must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition you received them, unless you are returning them because they are faulty, damaged, or not as described.

Opened Items

Because many of our products are materials, pigments, liquids, or consumables, we may not be able to accept returns on opened items unless there is a genuine issue such as:

  • The item is faulty
  • The item arrived damaged
  • The wrong item was sent
  • The product is not as described

If that happens, contact us and we’ll sort it.

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, goods must be as described, fit for purpose, and of satisfactory quality. If they’re not, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, refund, or partial refund depending on the circumstances.

Please let us know as soon as possible after receiving your order.

How to Request a Return

Email us at hello@culturehustlehelp.com with:

  • Your order number
  • What you’d like to return
  • The reason for return
  • Photos if something is damaged or faulty

Return Shipping

If you’ve changed your mind, return postage is usually your responsibility.

If we’ve made a mistake, or the item is faulty or damaged, we’ll cover reasonable return costs.

Refunds

Once returned goods are received and checked, refunds will be processed to the original payment method as soon as reasonably possible.
