Super bright high pigment fluorescent blue powder paint by Stuart Semple

This ultra-bright paint by Stuart Semple is available to everyone except Anish Kapoor (who won't share his black!).

Visible light is powerfully reflected by this high pigment paint to create a strong fluorescent effect.

Stuart has chosen this cyan shade to complement his pink, green and yellow powders. Completing the spectrum and enabling artists to intermix these powders to create a vast neon palette.

Just add water or and mix to a thick consistency. Dilute as required. NOTE: this pigment is water activated, to make it super fluorescent you need to mix with water, linseed, an acrylic medium or Stuart's Superbase!

Can I mix it into Resin?

Yes! we recommend using Epoxy Resin.

Tip: It goes bonkers under a black light ;)

*Note: By adding this product to your cart you confirm that you are not Anish Kapoor, you are in no way affiliated to Anish Kapoor, you are not purchasing this item on behalf of Anish Kapoor or an associate of Anish Kapoor. To the best of your knowledge, information and belief this paint will not make its way into that hands of Anish Kapoor.

*disclaimer: we're not actually sure if this is the loveliest blue ever, but we think it is. There isn't a scientific test for loveliness but if there was we'd like to think this would come out top!
